TEXAS-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. FORM 130-U: The Buyer must complete Texas Form 130-U (Application for Texas Title and/or Registration) at the county tax assessor-collector's office within 30 days of purchase.

2. TITLE TRANSFER: The Seller must sign the back of the Texas Certificate of Title and provide it to the Buyer.
