FLORIDA-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. FORM HSMV 82050: Florida provides an official bill of sale form (HSMV 82050). This template serves the same purpose. Either may be used.

2. TITLE TRANSFER: Must be completed within 30 days of sale at your local Florida Tax Collector's office or DHSMV office.

3. SALES TAX: Florida charges 6% state sales tax plus applicable county discretionary surtax (0%-2.5%) on vehicle purchases. Tax is due at time of title transfer.

4. FLORIDA TITLE: The Seller must sign the back of the Florida Certificate of Title (or provide a duplicate if lost using Form HSMV 82101).
