7. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client. Contractor is responsible for all taxes and is not entitled to employee benefits.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, Client shall pay for all work completed to date.
