1. Creation of Trust

The Grantor hereby transfers to the Trustee the property described in Schedule A [Property Description], to be held, administered, and distributed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Name of Trust

This trust shall be known as "[Grantor's Name] Revocable Living Trust," and may be amended or revoked by the Grantor at any time during their lifetime.

3. Trustee Powers and Duties

The Trustee shall manage the trust property, invest assets prudently, maintain accurate records, and distribute income and principal as directed herein.
