This Property Management Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date], by and between:

1. Property Description

2. Term

3. Scope of Services

Manager will market vacancies, screen applicants, draft leases, collect rent and deposits, and enforce lease obligations. 4. Manager Compensation
