7. Vehicles
Applicant agrees to provide information about any vehicles to be parked on the premises, including make, model, and license plate numbers.
8. Authorization for Background Check
By signing this Agreement, the Applicant authorizes the Landlord to conduct background checks, including credit history, criminal record, employment verification, and rental history.

9. Application Fee

10. No Lease Guarantee
